Here's the Bubbles Team

Ms. Kadiya

Owner

With a degree in Early Childhood Education and more than 20 years in the field, she began her career as a classroom teacher before moving into leadership, where she directed multiple childcare locations across the region. Opening BCEC allowed her to build the kind of center she had always envisioned — one where every child feels safe enough to learn, grow, and shine, and where families in need are met with real support.

Fun fact: her favorite color is red — which explains a lot about our logo!.

Director

Her path to early childhood began in workforce development, where she spent years in a leadership role with the Phoenix Job Corps helping adolescents and young adults earn their diplomas, obtain a trade, and step into careers. With a degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Forensic Accounting, and certifications in computer science, she brings a rare mix of precision and problem-solving to BCEC. As Director, she oversees the administrative and technology side of the center — compliance, records, enrollment systems, and the tools that keep families connected and informed. Fun fact: her favorite color is pink, she nerds out on tech, and she loves chocolate..

Ms. Dwana

Supervisor

D'Wana is a dedicated Assistant Director in early childhood education who brings both heart and leadership to her work. She is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. Known for her positive enegy and strong organizational skills, D'Wana supports staff, families, and students with care and professionalism every day. Fun facts: her favorite color is pink, she enjoyes bowling, loves to spend quality time with her children, and always brings a warm smile to the center.

Ms. Alicia

Lead/Teacher

Hi! My name is Alicia, your lead preschool teacher. I'm from Lorain, OH, a 2014 Lorain High School Grad and have been working with children for 9 years. I'm also a proud mom to my son Legend. In our classroom we will learn thorugh play, practice, kindness, explore new things, and celebrate every win! Fun facts about me: My favorite color is purple, my favorite food is BBQ, my favorite season is summer and fall. I drink cold pepsi, my favorite candy is Snickers, and I love being silly. I'm so excited for a fun, happy year of learning together with your little one.

Hello! My name is Miss Miicheleah. I was raised in Lorain and have 6 years of experience working in early childhood education. I am also a proud mom to one wonderful daughter, which gives me both personal and professional experience in caring for young children. Working with little ones is truly my passion. I love helping them grow, learn, and build confidence thorugh hands-on activities, creative play, and structured learning. I believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and supportive environment where they feel valued and encouraged. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy swimming and traveling with my daughter. I look forward to helping your child learn, explore, and reach new milestones.

Hey my name is Cassaundra, but you can call me Miss Cassey. I've been working with children since 2019. A fun fact about me, I was born and raised in Lorain, my birthday is in March, and I'm the mother of 3 amazing kids. My favorite color is Blue. My favorite candy is Reeses and my favorite animal is a Tiger. I love arts & crafts, story time, and singing silly songs.

Ms. Jane

Driver/Floater

Hi, my name is Martha Jane. I provide transportation for the children who attend Bubbles, and assist in the classrooms as needed. My favorite colors are pink and green. My favorite foods are grouper, fish and rice. I love dancing and traveling. I have nine grandkids and 2 1/2 great grandkids. Life is good.
