We serve children from 6 weeks through 12 years old. Our programs include Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School Age care.

We are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM year-round. We are closed on select holidays — please contact us for our full holiday schedule.

Tuition rates vary by age group and program. Please contact the director directly for current weekly rates. We accept private pay as well as voucher co-payments.

Yes. BCEC is fully licensed by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) and is Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) certified. Our license is posted at the center and available for review upon request.

We follow all DCY ratio requirements and strive to maintain even lower ratios whenever possible to ensure every child receives quality individual attention.

BCEC provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily by following the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) at no additional charge.

We will notify you immediately if your child shows signs of illness. A parent or authorized emergency contact will be asked to pick up the child promptly. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before returning.

Start by contacting us to schedule a pre-admission interview and tour. All required enrollment forms must be completed before your child's first day. A $25 non-refundable registration fee and one week's tuition deposit are required at registration for each child.
